WHAT OTHER FEES DO I NEED TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT?

You will need to purchase your own domain and set up your Showit subscription. These fees are NOT included in our packages. Our package only covers for the design or redesign of your website.

Need help setting up your domain and website subscription? Don’t worry, we can help you with that. Just let us know when you fill in the contact form and we’ll give you more details.

Do you only work with female entrepreneurs?

Although we mainly serve female entrepreneurs, we are open to working with other small businesses if we are the right fit. Please fill out our client application to be considered and expect a reply within 2-3 days.

DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS?

For Custom Web Design, our clients have the option to pay full or split that payment up to four months. To begin a Custom Web Design project, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee at the signing of the contract. The remaining can be paid monthly until your balance is clear.

For Template Customization, payments are split into two equal payments (50% is due at contract signing). The remaining balance will be invoiced at the end of the project.

For Website Templates, you have the option to pay full or be a three-month payment plan.

WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE YOU CAN DESIGN MY WEBSITE?

A great website only works if your brand has the identity and right elements. Before we design your website, we ask that clients compile a folder with their brand identity, copy, photos, and color palette. If you don’t have these, please consult with us and we can create a custom package based on your needs.

WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU USE TO CREATE WEBSITES?

For service-based entrepreneurs, we highly recommend ShowIt to our clients.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOUR WEBSITE IS DONE?

We will do a complete walkthrough with you to make sure all your questions are answered. One month of tech support is included in the package, and you can request additional hourly or monthly tech support – ask us for details.
